We check quality and whether you hold the rights.
Plenty of shops will print somebody else's logo and let the customer carry the risk. We check first, because a cease and desist lands on whoever ordered the shirts.
A proof is approved before production. We decline artwork the customer cannot show rights to.

The rule that matters most here: you must own the artwork you send us, or hold written permission to use it. We decline orders reproducing a third party trade mark, league or team insignia, character or photograph without evidence of authorisation — not because we are difficult, but because the demand letter goes to whoever ordered the shirts. We are also honest about colour: screens, threads and fabrics do not match a monitor, and dye lots vary.
Only if you own it or hold written permission. We will ask, and we will decline otherwise — reproducing someone else's mark exposes you, not just us.
Close, not exact. Ink and thread look different from a screen, vary between fabrics and shift between dye lots. If an exact match matters, tell us up front and we will show you a sample first.
Depends on quantity and colours. Screen printing wins on larger runs and durability; transfer wins on a dozen shirts or full-colour artwork. We will tell you which your order actually suits.
Yes, at your risk. If a piece spoils in production we cannot replace a garment we did not supply, so bring a spare or two.
Artwork has to be digitised into a stitch file. That is a one-off, and we keep the file so reorders are cheaper.
Then it prints as approved, which is why we ask you to check every name and number carefully. We will always flag anything that looks wrong, but the approved proof governs.
Send both and we will quote the method that actually suits the job.
